Choose which program is best for you!

  • Program A:
    Weight Loss Program via e-mail with daily coaching telephone support for those who need daily coaching, support and accountability.
  • Program B:
    Weight Loss Program via e-mail with weekly coaching telephone support for those who need weekly coaching, support and accountability.
  • Program C: (Excludes Analysis)
    Weight Loss Program via e-mail for coaching, support and accountability.

PROGRAM CONTENTS: WE PROVIDE (included in programs A, B & C)

Our Weight Loss Life Coach daily food diary and full program is emailed to you. “Congratulations on your first bold step” you now have your own Weight Loss Life Coach and Personal Trainer!

1. INFORMATION QUESTIONNAIRE

The questionnaire is for our benefit and is attached to the daily food diary you fill in the questionnaire details and e-mail back to us ASAP this provides our first snapshot of your current lifestyle eating and exercise regime.

2. DETAILED ANALYSIS – For one week you write everything you eat and drink into the daily food diary provided and then e-mail to us at the weeks end.

This is when we look at what you are eating now (you are what you eat) and our detailed analysis is carried out in conjunction with the questionnaire. This provides us a very accurate assessment of your current lifestyle eating and exercise regime. We analyse within 24 hours, email the results back to you and coaching begins.

3. PERSONAL FOOD PLAN

We provide you with a food plan that you can live with for life.

4. YOUR WEEKLY FOOD DIARY

This keeps you accountable for 8 weeks as we monitor your daily food intake and exercise activity, we coach and motivate you each step of the way for 8 weeks. The on–line workbook is simple and easy to follow; it only takes minutes per day to record meals, snacks and any exercise taken.

5. WEEKLY WEIGHT LOSS “COACHING NEWSLETTER”

The Coaching Comments is our weekly newsletter emailed each week with the “daily food diary”. Coaching Comments is virtually your instruction manual, it explains the how and why of the entire program so we all understand the objectives.

6.  DAILY TELEPHONE SUPPORT AND COACHING – Program A only
WEEKLY TELEPHONE SUPPORT AND COACHING – Program B only

At the end of each week at a convenient agreed time you are coached by phone, where your food diary is discussed at length and all matters pertaining to your success, exercise motivation etc.

7. EXERCISE PROGRAM

This provides you with online personal training. We tailor a sensible exercise program for you that is enjoyable and sustainable for life.

8.  JOURNEY CHART

The Journey Chart is provided with a template, this is your personal roadmap to success. The purpose of the Journey Chart is to provide and assist you with an opportunity to prepare mentally, whereby you focus, visualise, and plan the weight loss goals ahead of you.

How it works

8–Week Program via E–Mail

The On–Line Workbook & Food Diary:

The first week of the program you don´t have to change a thing, you continue on your present lifestyle and at the end of each day it will take you 5 minutes to type into your daily food diary all meals, snacks and beverages consumed and can also make a notation of any exercise undertaken (if applicable). At the end of 7 days you email your food diary to us for our perusal. Within approximately 24 hours we will do a detailed analysis and send you back your personal plan designed for the next 7 weeks of Weight Loss Coaching.

Week 2–8 (Program A:)
DAILY TELEPHONE SUPPORT AND COACHING

From week 2 through to week 8 is when “you are what you eat” really gets down to business. We will update your daily food diary and provide you with a thorough analysis of your current eating habits etc, and begin education, coaching, motivating, all the way to the end of the 8 weeks. You will be amazed when you compare your 1st week to the 8th week. Follow the program and you will have a very pleasing and satisfying outcome as you lose weight and watch the kilo´s disappear. This is the greatest motivator of all! Once you see genuine results and weight loss occurring without going hungry, just a simple formula for a permanent future healthy life.

Week 2–8 (Program B:)
WEEKLY TELEPHONE SUPPORT AND COACHING

Program B offers the benefits listed above except personal coaching is weekly not daily.

At the end of each week at a convenient agreed time you are coached by phone, where your food diary is discussed at length and all matters pertaining to your success, exercise motivation exactly as listed in program A.
