Dear Maz,

I would love to take this opportunity to thank Maz and Kerry for giving me all the skills and confidence I needed to get back into shape. I found the food diary worked well for me. Maz’s energy and motivation is infectious and her willingness to help me achieve my goals made the journey so much easier. Maz was able to explain what I should be eating and why I shouldn’t be eating the other stuff – this knowledge will stay with me for the rest of my life and in hindsight it now seems so sensible. I feel proud of my success but I know I owe a huge thank you to Maz and Kerry. Thanks a million xx

Don’t worry about the certificate – it’s not that important to me. Wearing my new pants and compliments from you and my friends are reward enough.
