Program C is designed for those that are feeling motivated but just need a clear structure and guidance, without the detailed analysis, to help them achieve their goal.
This is a weekly coaching program where you will call us at the end of your first week for coaching on all matters pertaining to your success.

You are feeling motivated, but just need a clear structural program with guidance to get your life and health back on track.If you feel you do not need a detailed analysis, but would like to be accountable, this is the program for you. You will still receive a Weight Loss Life Coach program and food diary – workbook described and detailed in Weight Loss Program.
At the end of each week, you will send your food diary to us and you are coached on all matters pertaining to your success, exercise and motivation.
