Includes daily coaching from us. At the end of the each week, you will email your food diary, this is updated at length and you are coached on all matters pertaining to your success, exercise and motivation.

Program B. Comprehensive Weekly Coaching Program Includes weekly coaching and support. Are you quietly confident that you will succeed this time but need structured guidance and help, then this weekly coaching program will be your best option.Your confidential and personally tailored eight–week Weight Loss Life Coach program and food diary – workbook.
At the end of each week, you will call us at a convenient agreed time, where your food diary is discussed at length and you are coached on all matters pertaining to your success, exercise and motivation.

Program C. Comprehensive Program Includes Email coaching and support. You have had enough and are ready to change. You are feeling motivated, but just need a clear structural program with guidance to get your life and health back on track.If you feel you do not need a detailed analysis, but would like to be accountable, this is the program for you. You will still receive a Weight Loss Life Coach program and food diary – workbook described and detailed in Weight Loss Program.
At the end of each week, you will send your food diary to us and you are coached on all matters pertaining to your success, exercise and motivation.

Maintenance Program.This is available ONLY after completing either program A or B. This program is available only after completing A, B or C programs.It is accepted that it takes eight–weeks to break and create habits, and many of our clients can go it alone after eight weeks, however in some cases where a client needs to lose a lot of weight they can choose to stay on our maintenance support program until closer to their goal weight.
At the end of each week, you will call us at a convenient agreed time, where your food diary is discussed at length and you are coached on all matters pertaining to your success, exercise and motivation.
